Very well said. I'm a researcher and the Internet is my junk food. Sometimes I get so overloaded with information from the Internet my head feels like it will explode. I'll run around on the Internet with my laptop while I'm watching the Discovery channel of TV. One of my goals this year is to stop and be quiet for a bit each day giving God a chance to talk to me.
