		<description>I agree.  Exercising is so addictive!  I never believed that I would be sad on the days I couldn&#039;t find time to jog.  I absolutely hated running in all forms, but now I hate going without it for a day.  I also love TurboKick, an aerobic kick-boxing routine I do with friends in my garage 3 times a week.  I find that varying the forms of exercise you do helps.  The body kind of gets in to a routine if I just run everyday, but it I mix it up with walking and TurboKick I get better results.

The not getting hungry tip is ssoooooo true too.  I like to eat a handful of nuts (especially pistachios), dried cherries or a cheese stick to tie me over.  Isn&#039;t it amazing how little food it takes to &quot;fill you up&quot;?  I can only eat half of what I used to.  Proof that I was stuffing myself consistently before.

		<description>I agree people need to do what works for them. I cant stress enough to just do what feels right and don&#039;t push yourself or your will probably quit. 

i hated exercise but love it now, its a time for me to listen to podcast and i love seeing my body take shape. 

the only thing i disagree with is that i love Ezechiel bread and so does the hubby!</description>

		<description>This is so true!  My husband and I both went on a South Beach like diet after Christmas.  I have lost 15 and he&#039;s lost 35!  I never feel like I&#039;m not getting enough to eat.  I had to start listening to my body.  There are certain foods that when I eat them they don&#039;t make me feel good.  Balance is what I was needing and I started walking (not running, I hate running too) about 30 minutes 4 or 5 times a week it&#039;s been enough to let me steadily lose weight without ever feeling tired or bored.   Great blog!</description>

The last time I lost 40 pounds, all I&#039;d done is get a boyfriend. LOL I didn&#039;t change much about my eating choices, though I did eat dinner by 5pm every night because of his work schedule. But I was up and moving around, you know? I wasn&#039;t sitting on my duff in front of the computer for 18 hours a day, it was only for 6 or 7, and then I&#039;d go hang with him. 

I&#039;m a firm believer that with exercise - whatever kind, whatever you can take, you can eat without worry and still lose weight. That 40 lbs? Three months. Fell off me. 

I need to get back to that kind of living. If I can&#039;t get a boyfriend I&#039;ll just start dating my treadmill. ;)</description>
